Canadian citizen allegedly involved in Snowflake attacks consents to extradition to US

Connor Moucka, a Canadian national, consented to extradition to the U.S. to face federal charges alleging he and co-conspirators carried out a large-scale campaign that compromised as many as 165 Snowflake customers, exposed hundreds of millions of sensitive records, and extracted roughly $2.5M in ransoms; the indictment ties members to an online criminal ecosystem known as "The Com" and names co-conspirators including John Binns and Cameron Wagenius.
