Industry trade groups still have ‘concerns’ with cyber reporting mandate

A coalition of 21 infrastructure trade associations submitted a letter to CISA requesting an "ex parte" rulemaking process and urging narrower definitions under CIRCIA, arguing the current proposed rule is too broad and that additional stakeholder engagement is needed before finalizing reporting requirements for critical infrastructure.
