A bipartisan bill introduced in the House would require CISA, FEMA, and sector agencies to assess and report to Congress on the ability of critical infrastructure sectors to switch to manual operations during cyberattacks, including evaluations of agency capacity, FEMA’s response framework, financial and operational costs, and recommendations and updates to improve resilience and continuity.
