Agencies to turn toward ‘skill-based hiring’ for cyber and tech jobs, ONCD says

Federal agencies will adopt skill-based hiring for IT/cyber roles (OPM 2210 series) by next summer, with similar expectations for contractors, to address the cyber talent gap and improve diversity.
