Two Russian nationals indicted for servicing millions of dollars in cybercrime funds

The U.S. announced charges, sanctions, domain seizures and reward offers against two Russian nationals accused of running large-scale money-laundering and carding operations (UAPS/PinPays/PM2BTC and Joker’s Stash) that facilitated darknet drug markets, ransomware, and fraud, involving millions of transactions and tens of millions of payment cards.
