Tennessee man linked to 764 accused of series of crimes against children dating back to 2022

A Tennessee man, Zachary Sweeney, was arrested and charged with multiple counts related to the sexual exploitation of minors, including producing, distributing and sometimes selling child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Prosecutors allege he groomed and coerced victims across multiple states, streamed assaults, and was associated with the violent extremist collective 764 (and by extension The Com); FBI searches recovered devices with possible CSAM but were impeded by encryption.
