Interpret The Results of The MITRE Engenuity ATT&CK for ICS

This report reviews and interprets the 2021 MITRE Engenuity ATT&CK Evaluations for ICS, explaining the four published metrics (Detection Count, Analytic Coverage, Telemetry Coverage, Visibility), describing how the Dragos Platform achieved high Detection Count and Analytic Coverage, illustrating detection depth and breadth with examples from prior threat behavior (e.g., XENOTIME/TRISIS), and advising the ICS community to rely on MITRE's raw data rather than vendor marketing claims.
