Dragos Results of S4 Industrial Cybersecurity Detection Challenge “Contest”

Dragos used its platform to analyze 130 GB of industrial network captures from the S4x19 Detection Challenge, automatically mapping over 4,600 assets across 140 protocols and surfacing multiple malicious industrial campaigns—notably HAVEX- and GREYENERGY-like behaviors including lateral movement, credential reuse, data exfiltration, and controller modifications—while demonstrating detection dashboards, triage playbooks, and case management to guide incident investigations.
