3rd Annual DISC 2023 Capture the Flag (CTF) Was Conquered

Dragos' DISC CTF 2023 recap describes the design, validation, and deployment of 47 industrial control systems (ICS/OT)-focused challenges (built around a MITRE ATT&CK for ICS kill chain), participant support processes, and competition outcomes: 1,507 registered players in 866 teams, three teams completed all challenges, and the winning team (ukatemi, Hungary) earned 24,600 points in 31 hours 39 minutes; the report highlights most- and least-solved challenges, difficulty distribution, and lessons learned from challenge construction and player support.
