Norway ’s Digital Government Infrastructure Hit by a new DDoS Attack

The report describes a third DDoS attack beginning on August 24 against Norway's shared digital government infrastructure operated by Digdir and service provider Vivicta, causing outages and authentication failures across services such as ID-porten, Altinn and other public-sector platforms; Digdir reports no evidence of data compromise, has notified NSM and the Data Protection Authority, and attribution remains unconfirmed.
