GPUBreach exploit uses GPU memory bit-flips to achieve full system takeover

GPUBreach is a research-born attack technique that leverages GPU memory bit-flips (Rowhammer-like) to corrupt GPU page tables, obtain arbitrary GPU memory read/write, and exploit NVIDIA driver memory-safety bugs to escalate to CPU/root privileges even with IOMMU enabled. The technique can exfiltrate cryptographic keys and silently tamper ML model weights; ECC provides limited mitigation and consumer GPUs often lack effective protections.
