Unlimited Technology Systems Data Breach Exposes Data of 3.8 Million Healthcare Patients

Unlimited Technology Systems disclosed a data breach after unauthorized access to a commercial datacenter between October 5–10, 2025, affecting 3,803,750 individuals; stolen data may include names, health insurance details, medical record numbers, diagnoses and dates of service, scanned IDs and intake forms, Social Security numbers, and contact information. The company engaged a forensic firm, notified law enforcement and HHS, did not disclose technical details or an identified threat actor, and is offering two years of identity protection services to affected individuals.
