Taiwanese operator of Incognito Market sentenced to 30 years over $105M darknet drug ring

Rui‑Siang Lin, the operator of Incognito Market, was sentenced to 30 years for running a major darknet drug marketplace that sold over $105 million in illegal drugs and more than one ton of narcotics between 2020 and 2024; the market used built‑in crypto banking, served ~400,000 buyers and 1,800 vendors across 640,000+ transactions, and Lin was also accused of stealing user funds, extorting users, and being linked to at least one fatal overdose.
