Cisco Live 2026: New Security Tools Target AI Threats

Cisco announced Cisco Cloud Control, an AI-focused platform to manage, monitor, and defend enterprise infrastructure with integrated agent support, cross-domain telemetry, and connectors to third-party tools; the company also unveiled security products (Live Protect and Hybrid Mesh Firewall) and published the Foundry Security Spec to help contain AI-related risks and enable faster, model-aware security operations, with only a passing note that Google recently patched an Android zero-day.
