Varonis Acquires AllTrue to Strengthen AI Security Capabilities

Varonis announced its acquisition of AllTrue.ai to extend its data-centric security platform into AI systems, aiming to give enterprises visibility and real-time control over AI agents’ access and behavior. By combining AllTrue’s AI observability and enforcement with Varonis’ platform, the offering will provide AI Security Posture Management, runtime protection, detection and response, and audit/compliance reporting across diverse AI models and tools. Financial terms were not disclosed (reports estimate around $150M), and the move reflects an industry-wide push to ensure safe, compliant, and trustworthy AI adoption at scale.
