SecurityScorecard releases list of Killnet open proxy IP addresses

SecurityScorecard's STRIKE team describes KillNet's January 30 DDoS attacks on U.S. hospitals, analyzes the CC-Attack toolkit that abuses open proxies (often stemming from MikroTik RouterOS vulnerabilities), and publishes a public KillNet open-proxy IP blocklist alongside recommendations (layer 7 DDoS mitigations, vendor checks, and threat-intel feeds) to reduce future attack impact.
