Keyword lists: Stop re-entering the same organizational context across every workflow

Intelligence Center 3.8 introduces Keyword lists: named, reusable collections of organizational context (assets, vendors, threat actor names, domains, IP ranges, etc.) that can be referenced across searches, monitoring rules, and Intelligence Compass so updates propagate automatically and usage is visible via a usage panel; the feature aims to reduce duplicated context and coverage gaps and is available now.
