Human Risk Management and Security Awareness Training

This document argues that human behavior is the primary attack surface in modern breaches, describing how social engineering (phishing, BEC, vishing), credential/session capture, MFA interception, OAuth abuse, and mailbox persistence form common attacker TTPs; it presents a human risk management lifecycle and recommends identity controls, ITDR, MFA, and continuous, behavior-driven security awareness training as mitigations.
