Tor Project’s Anti-Censorship Team introduced WebTunnel, a new Tor bridge/pluggable transport that encapsulates Tor connections in HTTPS/WebSocket-like traffic to better evade censorship and work under protocol allow-lists; now available in the latest Tor Browser, it serves as an alternative to obfs4 and includes instructions for obtaining bridges via the Tor Bridges site and configuring them on desktop and Android.
