ShipMonk Data Breach Exposes Personal Data of 67,000 Additional Trezor Customers

Trezor disclosed that ShipMonk suffered a data breach that additionally exposed roughly 67,000 historical customer orders (names, emails, phone numbers, shipping addresses, and order numbers) from a 2019–2021 partnership, expanding a prior notification that impacted ~11,742 full records and 1,947 partial records; Trezor systems were not compromised, but exposed data raises significant phishing, social-engineering, extortion and physical-security risks and highlights failures in third-party data deletion practices.
