Mythos Preview Automates PoC Exploit Creation for Vulnerability Research

Cloudflare’s participation in Anthropic’s Project Glasswing found that Mythos Preview, a security-focused large language model, can construct multi-stage exploit chains from low-severity bugs and autonomously write, compile, run, and refine proof-of-concept exploit code in a sandbox; while this improves defender triage, inconsistent internal refusals and the model’s capabilities pose significant risk if similar tools are misused publicly.
