Job Opportunity: Information Security Program Manager

The University of Toronto is hiring an Information Security Program Manager, reporting to the CISO with a dotted line to the Citizen Lab Director, to lead and mature security programs across the Citizen Lab and university environments, including risk and privacy assessments, incident response and forensics, vulnerability and identity management, network/endpoint/cloud security, policy and standards, and stakeholder engagement; the role includes project, vendor, and budget management, and advising on global threats and best practices. Candidates should have a relevant degree (graduate study and certifications like CISSP, CISA, ISO audit, PMP, CRISC are assets), ~8 years IT experience with 5+ in security leadership, deep knowledge of security architectures and methodologies, and strong communication and project skills. This full-time salaried position is based at the St. George campus (Toronto) with a hiring range of $120,499–$140,583 (broadband to $200,831) and a closing date of 2025-09-30.
