Fair and Transparent Hacker Invitations

This announcement describes improvements to HackerOne's private program invitation system: eligibility requires a positive Signal, and invitations are driven by a weighted average of Signal, Impact, and Reputation percentiles (with Reputation and Signal weighted more), distributed via a logistic function; the update also adds hacker preferences for receiving bounty-only invites and direct-invite behavior.
