Node.js + Express Tutorial for 2021

This tutorial walks a newcomer through creating a basic Node.js + Express server: initializing a project, installing Express, writing server code (routes and listeners), configuring static asset serving with the path module and a public directory, and serving an index.html file. Example package.json, index.js, and simple public files (app.js, styles.css, index.html) are provided to demonstrate a working server.
