Censys analyzed publicly visible HTTP headers to identify Microsoft SharePoint instances vulnerable to CVE-2019-0604, refined queries to map product build strings to vulnerable releases, and estimated about 1,600 externally reachable SharePoint servers globally that match vulnerable builds; the post references in-the-wild exploitation and recommends applying Microsoft's security updates.
