Identifying CISA BOD 23-02 Internet-Exposed Networked Management Interfaces with Censys

Censys analyzed the attack surface of 50+ FCEB organizations and found over 13,000 distinct hosts with hundreds of publicly exposed remote management interfaces and services (including SSH, TELNET, FTP, SMB, SNMP, MFT panels, console servers, and end-of-life software), recommending agencies remediate or remove those exposures per CISA BOD 23-02 to reduce risk of unauthorized access and data theft.
