Survey of Enterprises Finds High Anxiety over IoT

A Forrester and ForeScout survey of over 600 organizations found widespread anxiety about IoT security: 54% of respondents reported anxiety due to IoT security, 77% said connected devices create significant security challenges, and 82% could not identify all devices on their networks. The report highlights lack of visibility, insufficient security talent and funding, and unclear responsibility between IT and OT as barriers prompting organizations to rethink their security strategies.
