Beware of SMS messages claiming to protect your Pi Coin account—phishing sites are stealing wallets

This report describes an active smishing campaign impersonating the Pi Network that lures users via text messages and ads to phishing pages mimicking the official site; victims are prompted to enter their 24-word wallet recovery seed phrase, which grants attackers full access to their cryptocurrency wallets. The campaign is multilingual and has been observed across multiple regions (US, Europe, China, India, Vietnam), with warnings for users to verify through the official Pi app or website and never enter recovery words on external pages.
