October 2024 Security Issues in Korean & Global Financial Sector

This report summarizes multiple real-world cyber threats against financial organizations: alleged database leaks (Credit***), ransomware groups (KillSec, Meow, RansomHub) posting stolen data and samples on dedicated leak sites (including a claimed 323GB exfiltration from P***), sale of firewall/SuperAdmin/VPN access for an insurance firm on cybercrime forums, and phishing/malware campaigns targeting the sector; several MD5 hashes are provided as IOCs and some claims are noted as potentially unauthentic.
