DumpBrowserSecrets is a precompiled Windows post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card numbers, autofill entries, browsing history, and bookmarks) from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera/Opera GX, Vivaldi, and Firefox. It implements a Chromium App-Bound Encryption bypass by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC to call the IElevator COM interface to decrypt app_bound_encrypted_key, uses DPAPI or NSS flows where applicable, includes multiple operational evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication, custom SQLite parsing), outputs structured JSON, and is framed for red team use while retaining clear potential for malicious abuse; detection and mitigation guidance are provided.
