DumpBrowserSecrets is a Windows post‑exploitation tool that extracts browser‑stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill data, history and bookmarks) from Chromium‑based and Firefox browsers. It bypasses Chrome’s App‑Bound Encryption by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL to call the IElevator COM interface, handles DPAPI and NSS decryption for other browsers, and writes structured JSON output; the tool also includes multiple evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication) and is presented for red‑team use but represents a significant credential theft risk if abused.
