DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available post‑exploitation tool aimed at harvesting credentials and session tokens from major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi, and Firefox). It implements a sophisticated App‑Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium-based browsers by injecting a DLL into a headless Chromium process to call the IElevator COM interface, retrieves DPAPI/NSS secrets where applicable, and exports structured JSON with cookies, saved logins, OAuth tokens, credit card data, autofill entries, history and bookmarks — enabling rapid lateral movement or cloud account takeover on compromised Windows hosts.
