DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential harvesting tool that extracts saved credentials, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data and browsing history from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi and Firefox. It bypasses Chrome's App-Bound Encryption (Chrome 127+) by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL to access the IElevator COM interface, includes DPAPI/NSS handling for other browsers, and implements multiple EDR-evasion techniques; while presented as a red-team utility, it represents a high-risk capability for cloud account takeover and lateral movement if abused.
