DumpBrowserSecrets is a post‑exploitation credential‑harvesting tool that extracts passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card numbers, autofill data, and browsing history from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi, and Firefox. It implements an App‑Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium browsers (injecting a DLL into a headless Chromium process and using the IElevator COM interface to decrypt encryption keys), supports DPAPI and NSS decryption flows, includes multiple evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication, custom SQLite parser), and is presented for red‑team/assumed‑breach testing with guidance on detection and mitigation.
