DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool that extracts saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill entries, and browsing history from Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Brave, Edge, Opera variants, Vivaldi) and Firefox. It uses a headless Chromium process with Early Bird APC DLL injection and the IElevator COM interface to bypass Chrome’s App‑Bound Encryption (and DPAPI/NSS for other browsers), includes evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication), and writes structured JSON output; the report covers attack scenarios, detection opportunities, and mitigations.
