DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool for Windows that extracts saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill entries and browsing history from major browsers (Chrome/Edge/Brave via App‑Bound Encryption bypass, Opera/Vivaldi via DPAPI, and Firefox via NSS). It achieves App‑Bound Encryption decryption by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL (Early Bird APC) to call the IElevator COM interface, includes multiple EDR-evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, handle duplication), outputs structured JSON, and is intended for red team/assumed-breach testing but represents a realistic capability for credential theft and cloud account takeover in enterprise environments.
