DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly documented post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill and history) from Chromium- and Gecko-based browsers on Windows by using DPAPI/NSS decryption or an App‑Bound Encryption bypass implemented via Early Bird APC DLL injection and the IElevator COM interface; it includes operational evasion measures, outputs structured JSON, and is intended for red-team/assumed-breach testing but materially increases the risk of lateral movement and cloud account takeover if abused.
