DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool that extracts browser-stored secrets (saved passwords, cookies, OAuth tokens, credit card data, autofill entries, history, bookmarks) across Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Opera GX, Vivaldi, and Firefox. It bypasses Chrome's App-Bound Encryption (Chrome 127+) by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC to call the IElevator COM interface, handles DPAPI and NSS encryption for other browsers, includes multiple operational evasion techniques, outputs structured JSON for red-team use, and presents a significant credential-exposure risk if adopted by malicious actors.
