DumpBrowserSecrets is a Windows post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill data, history, bookmarks) from major Chromium- and Gecko-based browsers. It bypasses Chrome's App-Bound Encryption (Chrome 127+) by launching a headless Chromium instance and injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC injection to use the IElevator COM interface to decrypt keys; for DPAPI-based browsers it retrieves DPAPI keys, and for Firefox it uses NSS decryption.
