DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill and history) from Chromium-based browsers and Firefox. It documents a technical App-Bound Encryption bypass for Chrome/Edge/Brave via DLL injection and the IElevator COM interface, includes multiple operational evasion techniques, and provides usage, detection guidance, and mitigation recommendations for red-team or adversary activity.
