DumpBrowserSecrets is a post‑exploitation credential‑harvesting tool that extracts cookies, saved logins, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill entries, browsing history and bookmarks from major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera, Opera GX, Vivaldi, Firefox). It implements an App‑Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium-based browsers by spawning a headless process, injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC to call the IElevator COM interface and retrieve decryption keys, supports DPAPI and NSS decryption where applicable, and includes multiple evasion techniques; the report covers usage, extracted data types, attack scenarios, detection opportunities, and mitigation recommendations.
