DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation browser credential-harvesting tool that extracts saved passwords, cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card numbers and browsing history from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera-family browsers and Firefox by bypassing App-Bound Encryption (via IElevator COM inside an injected headless Chromium), DPAPI, or NSS decryption. It includes operational evasion features (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, Early Bird APC injection), outputs structured JSON for red-team use, and poses a clear risk for lateral movement and cloud account takeover on compromised developer workstations.
