**DumpBrowserSecrets** is a public post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored credentials (cookies, saved logins, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card data, autofill and history) from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera-family browsers, Vivaldi, and Firefox; it bypasses Chrome's App-Bound Encryption by injecting a DLL into a headless Chromium process to use the IElevator COM interface, includes multiple operational evasion features, and is intended for red-team assumed-breach exercises but poses a high abuse risk if used by attackers.
