DumpBrowserSecrets is a Windows post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill, history, bookmarks) across Chromium-based browsers and Firefox by using techniques such as headless Chromium spawning, Early Bird APC DLL injection, and IElevator COM-based App-Bound Encryption key decryption; it includes operational evasion features and is intended for red-team/assumed-breach testing but represents a high-risk capability for lateral movement and cloud account takeover if abused.
