DumpBrowserSecrets is a publicly available post‑exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored credentials and session material (cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, saved logins, credit cards, autofill and history) from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi and Firefox. It implements an App-Bound Encryption bypass for Chromium-based browsers by injecting a DLL into a spawned headless Chromium process to use the IElevator COM interface, handles DPAPI and NSS for other browsers, includes multiple evasion techniques, outputs structured JSON, and is presented as a red-team utility for assessing credential exposure and endpoint controls.
