Windows 7 UAC (User Access Control) Ineffective Against Malware

It bypasses Chrome's App‑Bound Encryption by spawning a headless Chromium process and injecting a DLL via Early Bird APC to call the IElevator COM interface, retrieves DPAPI or NSS secrets where applicable, and writes structured JSON output; the tool includes multiple evasion techniques to reduce EDR detection and is aimed at red‑team/assumed‑breach scenarios to demonstrate the blast radius of compromised developer workstations.
