FBI Recommends Crypto Ransomware Victims Just Pay

DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation Windows tool that harvests browser-stored credentials and secrets (saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill, history, bookmarks) from Chrome/Edge/Brave (App-Bound Encryption bypass via IElevator and DLL injection), Opera/Opera GX/Vivaldi (DPAPI), and Firefox (NSS). It spawns a headless Chromium process, injects a DLL using Early Bird APC to decrypt app_bound_encrypted_key, parses SQLite/JSON stores, and outputs structured JSON for use in session replay or credential validation; the tool includes multiple evasion techniques and is intended for red-team assumed-breach exercises but can be abused by attackers.
