DumpBrowserSecrets is a post-exploitation credential-harvesting tool that extracts saved passwords, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit card numbers, autofill data, and browsing history from Chromium-based and Firefox browsers on Windows by bypassing App-Bound Encryption and DPAPI; it operates via a compiled executable and an injected DLL (using Early Bird APC injection into a headless Chromium process to leverage the IElevator COM interface) and includes operational evasion features, usage examples, detection guidance, and mitigation recommendations.
