DumpBrowserSecrets is a Windows post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored secrets (saved logins, session cookies, OAuth refresh tokens, credit cards, autofill, history, and bookmarks) from major Chromium-based and Firefox browsers. It includes a compiled executable and a DLL that uses Early Bird APC injection to spawn a headless Chromium process and invoke the IElevator COM interface to decrypt Chrome's App-Bound Encryption key (and handles DPAPI/NSS models for other browsers), incorporates multiple operational evasion techniques, outputs structured JSON, and is pitched for red team/assumed-breach use while also representing a realistic attacker capability with significant risk to cloud and SaaS accounts.
