DumpBrowserSecrets is a public post-exploitation tool that harvests browser-stored credentials and session tokens from Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera variants, Vivaldi and Firefox by using DLL injection and an IElevator COM-based bypass of Chrome App-Bound Encryption (plus DPAPI and NSS handling for other browsers). The report covers its technical design, evasion techniques (string obfuscation, API hashing, PPID/argument spoofing, Early Bird APC injection), extracted data types, a realistic attack scenario enabling SaaS/cloud account takeover, and detection/mitigation guidance.
